Chris “Gotti” Lorenzo, CEO and President of Add-Ventures Music, came to the Digital Distribution format from a traditional path. Chris sat at the side of his brother Irv “Gotti” Lorenzo as the VP of Murder Inc Records. He was the VP, General Manager for the label and had his hands in every aspect of running the business. Chris dealt with all the recording artists, producers, writers and studio engineers. By day he was in the office handling the staff, legal and financial obligations and at night in the recording studio assisting in the creation of the music. Chris attended all the contractual and creative meetings regarding music distribution and sales. Throughout the years he has maintained thousands of contacts within the music industry from label executives, radio personalities, and recording artists. He is uniquely qualified to not only be able to reach out to these people but to cultivate and execute major deals. During his tenure with Irv “Gotti” Lorenzo at Murder Inc Records over 30 Million records was sold, gaining him tremendous success working with artists such as Ja Rule, Ashanti and Lloyd Polite. He was also part of countless collaborations with artists such as Jay Z, DMX, Fat Joe, Big Pun, Foxy Brown, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, to name a few.
During about 20 years in the music industry Chris also made time to develop his other business ventures. He teamed up with The Convex Group a media technology company to launch ‘Lid Rock Promotions’. This company created a give away deal of mini disk singles from major recording artists on the underside of soda lids in fast food restaurants such as Mc Donald’s, KFC and Taco Bell. Lid Rock successfully distributed 4 million mini disks a month. Through Strategic branding and great relationships, Chris Gotti continued to work with Jeff Arnolds to brand and promote ‘Howstuffworks.com’. Chris was instrumental in working with marketing companies to create commercials that ran on the Viacom network. In 2007 howstuffworks.com was sold to discovery for $250 million.
In 2008 Chris partnered up with Soreto Games a company based in San Diego. Together they went to Billionaire Carlos Slim who through his company TelCel went to the Mexican government to roll out an innovative gaming product for the National Lottery of Mexico. They developed and launched the first official automated National Lottery agent terminal which is also available online. The service provided by Soreto to the National Lottery are certified and authorized by the government regulators and leading telecommunication providers. They secured a 10 year online contract and a 50 year gaming contract with the Mexican Government.
Chris “Gotti’ Lorenzo is also the owner of a well established sports management company ‘Who Cares Management’. Under this company he helps create deals for NBA players Iman Shumpert, Monta Ellis, Ty Lawson, and Baron Davis. The company also has a boxing division, he was the Manager to upcoming boxers Jaidon “ The Don “ Codrington and Curtis “ Showtime “ Stevens. With J. Prince he Co-Managed great boxers like Winky Wright and Diego Corrales. He also partnered up with Boxing Promoters like Lou DiBella and J Prince, where they promoted and coordinated many Boxing Events for upcoming boxers. Possibly the best accomplishment through the Who Care Management company was his deals with the Legendary Poker Player Phil Ivey. He was instrumental in working with Phil Ivey and CEO Bill McBeath of the Aria Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada to create the Phil Ivey Room. In the Phil Ivy Room many High Stakes Poker Tournaments have taken place.
Under his other business Add Ventures Consultants, he presently houses his Insurance Business. He secured his Insurance Brokers license in 2010 and with the help and Guidance of his Family Friend and Mentor, Cyrus Walker he began connecting with others to provide Insurance for their Business and Personal needs. Cyrus brought him into his firm Nemco Brokerage which later was partnered with the the 5th Largest Insurance Company in the World NFP Property and Casualty Services. After Nemco merged with NFP Chris was able to open his own Insurance Company inside the NFP Umbrella.
In addition to all of Chris’s business deals he still finds the time to give back to the kids. For the past ten years his charity work has lead him to be heavily involved in organizing the basketball tournaments for NYC, Global Slam at Dyckman Park and EBC games at Ruckers park. He has recruited NBA players and Music celebrities to participate in the tournaments that are free for the communities to attend.
After many years of development, Chris has decided to create Add-Ventures Music a company that will EMPOWER all artists and give them the opportunity to get their music heard, seen, distributed and monetized. Throughout the years he has received countless request from artists all over the world to listen to their music and help them get a deal. Through this platform he will be able to facilitate the dreams of countless individuals. He has a strong vision for this venture and welcomes the opportunity to create the next relevant musical platform. He wants the artists to take control of their own careers and release whatever music they feel attached to. Through mutual respect, individuality and creative freedom between artists and the label the possibilities are endless.
Todd has been a part of the infamous Murder Inc Family for over 15years. Some of his accomplishments range from finding super producer Nate "DanjaHandz" Hill , Chink Santana , Jimi Kendrixs, and various other producers to working with JaRule , Ashanti on some of there most successful albums. The best is yet to come a seasoned Exec with the knack to see talent within those who are at there most infant stages. The closely knit business relationship along with friendship with Chris Gotti with their professionalism , dedication, and drive make them visionaries to watch out for.

Tina Lorenzo, the sister and business partner to Chris “Gotti” Lorenzo and has worked side by side with her brother for 25 years now. She started her own construction company in 1986, Above All Contracting, Inc. and began as a concrete subcontractor doing City, State and Federal projects. Her drive, ambition and work ethic is unmatched. She bid the work, ran the jobs as the on-site project manager, worked with the men in almost every aspect of the work and maintained the office and all financial responsibilities. Her brother Chris started working for her from day 1. After several years of successful bidding and performance on the jobs she started to bid for her own projects as the General Contractor and took Chris Lorenzo on as her business partner and changed the name to C&C Construction, Inc.
Here is where the partnership between the siblings really began and took root. These two had to learn how to work seamlessly together, how to lead and make important decisions together, how to work with budgets, and make smart financial decisions, how to take an abandoned piece of property and turn it into a beautiful park and playground. They look to apply this same dedication to their new artists.
When her other brother Irv “Gotti” Lorenzo decided that the Music Industry was his calling, she supported him 100% buying him the tools of his then DJ trade, and providing money for the development of his first artist. Chris left the construction company first to go to work full time with Irv at Murder Inc., but shortly thereafter Tina followed. Always in the background helping her brothers with paperwork and financial knowledge, then came into the business with them firstly by building and running the Recording Studio and eventually coming in full time to run the Office and Financial Division.
Tina has been working in the Music Industry for 15 years. When handling finances you have the unique opportunity to learn every single aspect of any business. You have to interact with everyone affiliated directly as well as indirectly. Construction was instrumental in giving both Tina and Chris the ability to micro-manage and multitask projects in business. There are so many integral moving components to running a successful business so you must be able to keep up with 50 things at a time and still plan forward. Their joint business partnerships as well as their mutual respect and understandings of each others strengths and weaknesses make them formidable and great business partners.
Tina presently owns and operates her own Financial Services business. One of her main clients is recording Artist Ja Rule, there she continually stays in touch with many aspects of the entertainment field. Ja Rule continues to tour the world, which gives her the unique ability to get our Artist stage performance opportunities through her contacts with various promoters worldwide. She has firsthand knowledge in obtaining and maintaining various streams of revenues that successful recording artists are entitled to.
Tina welcomes and looks forward to the opportunity of working with her brother to create a new and exciting business that will help to create a new innovative way to look at what a “Music Label” can and should be. She can’t wait to see WHAT’S NEXT……..

He has filmed with all of today's major artists, and management companies. Most recently he has been producing and directing television shows, and web media. Additionally CAP has been managing several artists, and cropping artists that may be a good fit for our platform.

“It was all a dream, I use to read Word Up magazine” ~ Biggie Smalls ‘Juicy’
This was the reality for Sonya Jagesar, born and raised in North London, England, Sonya found her passion and love for hip hop music through ‘MTV Raps’ and reading ‘Word Up’ magazine in the early 1990’s. Now based in New York City, Sonya has distinguished herself as an influential businesswoman in the entertainment industry. In 1997 Sonya started her career as an Artists Manager for girl group ‘Her Sanity’. Heavily involved in the creation and development of the group, Sonya was successfully able to obtain a production deal with super producer Rodney Jerkin of Dark Child Production. This deal then lead the group to a recording contract with Motown Records. Early 2000 Sonya Jagesar moved on to partner up with another established music manager to create a small management company Family Ties Entertainment. This management company became the home to Murder Inc recording artists Black Child, Ronnie Bumps and music producer Gee. All three clients were featured on many multi-platinum albums released by Murder Inc Records.
Expanding her business career, Sonya proceeded to administrate and collect artists and producers music royalties and publishing that was signed to Murder Inc Records. After gaining extensive knowledge in pre and post production Sonya and music producer Gee incorporated and built their own recording studio located in Williamsburg New York. The recording studio has been in business for the past ten years and has maintained accounts with many major artists. In 2009 Sonya assisted multi-platinum recording artist Ja Rule in the launch and branding of his label Mpire Records. Focusing on a strong online campaign they worked diligently to release new music and videos independently. Sonya’s continuous attributes in the music industry has currently lead her to brand marketing. Teaming up with D3M Licensing Group to offer a 360 – degree approach to licensing and endorsements through brand extension.
Other works include being a two-year member as a part of the ‘New York Action’ coordinators team for NABFEME (National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment). This company was founded by Johnnie Walker VP of R&B promotions at Def Jam Records and is a non-profit organization aimed at mentoring and supporting women in the industry.

Sain Wakil Creative Curator marketing executive based in New York by way of Philadelphia. He Started his New York adventures by establishing a fashion background with Artfuldodger and Rocawear. Already being known for his marketing skills and one of the rebels of the music group Game Rebellion, it's no wonder that his marketing interest in arts and films has driven him to production for companies such as Viacom and its sub networks BET, VH1, CBS, MTV. Since then he has made video and tv appearances, developed marketing campaigns for restaurants, fashion brands, music artist, visual artist, and nightlife.
